Shandong Chongsheng Metallurgical Oxygen Lance Co., Ltd., established in September 1989, covers an area of 56,610 square meters and is located within the Weifang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. The company is a specialized, high-quality enterprise whose core business lies in the manufacturing of refining equipment, sensing devices, and energy-saving and environmental protection equipment.
The company’s core product portfolio currently comprises three major segments: refining equipment, sensing equipment, and energy-saving and environmental protection equipment.
Converter equipment product series: Blast furnace (blast furnace tuyeres, cooling staves, custom copper components)
Converter (oxygen lance system, secondary lance system, oxygen lance lifting and traversing system)
Electric furnace (oxygen lance, top-blown lance, hearth‑door lance, wall‑mounted lance, carbon‑oxygen lance, oxy‑fuel lance)
Refining furnaces (VAD refining equipment, LF refining equipment, RH refining lance, AOD oxygen lance, VOD oxygen lance, CAS-OB refining lance).
Sensor equipment products: Temperature measurement systems, including thermocouples and continuous temperature monitoring systems.

Sampling: We offer samplers for molten iron, molten steel, ultra‑low carbon steels, gases, stainless steel, and other specialized applications.
Energy-saving and environmentally friendly equipment product series: secondary sealing device for converter oxygen lances, secondary sealing device for fume hoods.

The products are supplied to major domestic steel mills, including Baowu Group and Shougang Group, capturing over 60% of the domestic market share. They have replaced imported products from the United States, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, and other countries, while also being exported to more than a dozen nations, such as India, Russia, Australia, Brazil, South Korea, Iran, and Vietnam.
Shandong Chongsheng Metallurgical Oxygen Lance Co., Ltd. serves as the supporting entity of the Shandong Provincial Engineering Research Center for Metallurgical Oxygen Lances and Nozzles. Leveraging its robust financial resources and formidable R&D capabilities, the company has established itself at the forefront of the industry through advanced manufacturing processes, a distinctive product design, and consistently reliable performance—reaching world‑class production standards.

The company has imported advanced production and inspection machinery from both domestic and international sources, including vacuum casting systems, large CNC machining centers, heavy‑duty pipe‑bending machines, large hydraulic presses, spin‑forming equipment, and cone‑tube manufacturing lines, as well as X‑ray inspection laboratories, tensile testing labs, oxygen‑lance water‑flow testing facilities, and oxygen‑jet test chambers—ensuring that it can better meet the production needs of blow‑refining equipment in various specifications and models, both at home and abroad. Our domestically developed large‑diameter conical oxygen lances have already been widely adopted by major steel mills across the country.
The company has obtained ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system, ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system, ISO 45001 certification for its occupational health and safety management system, as well as certification for its intellectual property management system. In 2001, it was granted the right to conduct import and export operations on its own. To date, 15 of its products have been awarded national invention patents, more than 160 have received national utility model patents, and it holds five software copyrights. In 2010, its high-efficiency, energy-saving conical oxygen lance for converters was included in the National Torch Program.
