Description
Scope of Application /Applied scope
As a primary sensing element for measuring the temperature of molten metals, the fast‑response miniature thermocouple is primarily used in conjunction with secondary instruments. It is well suited for instantaneous temperature measurement during the smelting of steel, iron, and other metals. The electrical signal generated by the sensor is transmitted via cable to an intelligent large‑screen display instrument, where a microcomputer‑based processing program converts the signal into a corresponding temperature value and displays it on the meter. Additionally, the instrument can convert the temperature reading into a user‑specified output signal.
