Description
After the oxygen lance is converted to a quick‑change configuration, it can be directly lifted away by loosening the swivel bolt during replacement. During installation, lower the oxygen lance slowly; when the quick‑change female connector on the lance just makes contact—about 5 mm—with the quick‑change male connector on the trolley, pause briefly and align the descent. This allows for automatic mating of the socket (female) and the plug (male), with the O‑ring providing automatic sealing.
