Oxygen probes are primarily used for endpoint control in basic oxygen furnaces, as well as for temperature and oxygen, carbon, and aluminum‑content measurement and control in AOD stainless‑steel refining, electric arc furnaces, VD vacuum furnaces, RH refining units, argon‑blowing stations, ladle operations, and other processes.
